DogZworth's "Flyball On Nun's Island" NAFA Tournaments
We are hosting
these event at 800 Ch du Golf (enter at 810 Ch du Golf- we're in the
back by the loading docks).
Where is
Nun's Island? Nun's Island or as the road signs will read,
Île des Soeurs, is located 10 minutes from downtown Montreal.
It is 2 hours from Ottawa, 5 hours from Toronto and 2 hours from
Burlington, VT. It can be easily
accessed from Canadian highways 401 & 417 and American interstates
91, 93 and 89.
About the
tournaments: These events
will be held at
DogZworth's Canine Sports Center. Bring the whole
pack- there is a separate 100 x 100 area for indoor crating
(important- there is no outdoor crating and no crating dogs inside
your vehicle).
There's plenty of run off!
These tournaments feature over 70 feet of matted run off- Tuff Spun over
concrete. But wait! There's more! There is an
additional 26 feet of unmatted run off. Let me
know if you have a dog available for an Open team. The one day
events (Jan 17, Feb 21 and May 9) are limited and no-frills.
The March 20-21 tournament is an UNLIMITED event- it features
placement and special awards!

stay (camping): On site camping is not permitted.
Where to stay
(hotels): The
Econo Lodge in Brossard, QC. For the March 20-21 event we
have reserved a block of rooms for you- it's called the "DogZworth"
block. Please make your reservation by Feb 10, 2010. The
rate is $95 per night- this includes the hotel's pet fee. The
hotel's number is 450-466-2186.
Where to eat:
The DogZworth Diner might be open.
Or visit Nun's Island. It is a full service city with
restaurants, shopping and fast food. The people on Nun's Island speak French and English.
